The Dienamics team has recently welcomed two new machines to the workshop!

Both new machines offer excellent energy-saving capabilities and are a huge step in the right direction for Dienamics becoming a more environmentally friendly manufacturer.

The machines are 90 tonne and 160 tonne. Tonnage, also known as clamping force, is the measurement which represents the amount of clamping force each machine can provide. Clamping force provides the pressure that keeps a mould closed tight when forming a part. When manufacturing a product, it is necessary to know what tonnage your part requires. If you are unsure about the appropriate tonnage needed to manufacture your product, then be sure to speak to one of our injection moulding Brisbane experts.

The new machines further equip Dienamics in being an effective injection moulding and toolmaking workshop. Dienamics is now able to produce the same excellent, consistent quality at an even higher capacity while simultaneously cutting down on lead times and any delays that may occur.

Commenting on the arrival of the new machines, Mark Serisier, the owner of Dienamics and a toolmaker with over 30 years experience, stated:

“Dienamics has invested in two new injection moulding machines. These machines will allow us to increase our workload and shorten our lead-times.

Both machines are equipped with the latest energy-saving technology like the latest hybrid vehicles, meaning that their motors and pumps will shut down when not in operation.

Overall, these machines save 30% of electricity and offer a super quiet and accurate manufacturing experience.

Investments, such as these new machines, have led Dienamics to become a more environmental and sustainable business. Notably, our company has also invested in solar panels for the factory and implemented a process to recycle all waste.

Over the past few years, Dienamics has flourished as a business by increasing trade while also reducing its carbon footprint and environmental impact by over 50%.”

Our team of experts are all very excited by the arrival of our new machines! We can’t wait to start employing them both, and we would love for your product to be one of the first to utilise them during the manufacturing process. Have you got an idea or project?
