Here’s our top industry tweets from the past month. One of our own might have snuck into the list as well.
- Two grinders in one
With so many variations of the salt and pepper grinder out there, it’s hard to believe that someone has come up with an innovative new design. Enter, the ortwo. Designed to work in two ways, the ortwo claims to be the world’s first pepper mill to combine a one-handed spice grinding with the extra speed, ease, and output of two. Take a look at the write up by Design Boom.

- Design with purpose
A great, succinct way of thinking about each part of a product design coming together for the benefit of the whole. Without a purpose, a design will be difficult to visualise and even to manufacture.
Every design element, from the largest to the smallest, mush have a purpose, and contribute to the purpose of a larger element it’s part of. If you can’t explain what an element is for, most likely it shouldn’t be there. #uxdesign #productdesign
