Laserforce reached out to us to refine the design for efficient injection moulding and tooling. We evaluated the system’s components, fine-tuning them for smooth, clean ejection and uniform quality in production. Several prototypes allowed us to test the feel of the phaser and optimise the LED system’s light diffusion, achieving a uniform glow without hotspots. Using mould additives, we ensured consistent light deflection across the battle suit for an enhanced gaming experience.
