Dechra RESKU Boxes

The RESKU Box by Dechra is a long-running example of dependable, Australian-made packaging designed and manufactured locally for veterinary prescription medications. Dienamics has worked with Dechra - formerly Apex Laboratories - for over twenty years, supporting them through CAD development, new tool builds, multiple tool modifications, and ongoing injection moulding. Dienamics has refined the RESKU Boxes over multiple generations, including downsizing the original design, updating tools for new logos after company acquisitions, and ensuring dependable batch-to-batch quality.

Made from 100% Recycled Polypropylene Plastic

RESKU Boxes are used across a wide range of Dechra’s pet medications. With some runs manufactured from 100% clear recycled polypropylene, they provide the toughness and chemical resistance required for daily handling by customers and veterinarians, while directly supporting Dechra’s sustainability objectives. What began as a straightforward packaging requirement for veterinary pharmaceuticals has evolved into a long-term collaboration built on reliability, consistency, and technical capability. The RESKU Box stands as a durable, Australian-made solution and a testament to a strong partnership that continues to meet the demands of a changing market.

Although Dechra operates from the Central Coast of NSW and Dienamics’ factory and office are located in Queensland, distance has never been a barrier. Our Brisbane-based design, tooling, and manufacturing team works closely with Dechra to manage product updates and ongoing production, ensuring continuity across their supply chain. Dechra continues to rely on our local manufacturing capability for regular injection moulding runs that support consistent availability and long-term sales growth.
